Alumni Association – Nirantar

Consisting of former students, the alumni association plays a significant role in defining the goodwill of any institution by being brand ambassadors. ‘Nirantar’ is the registered name of our alumni association. With a 53 year history, Nirantar is composed of alumni who are today educational leaders, teachers, and professionals working in various areas in the field of education, all bound by a common thread of dedication towards their alma mater. Office Bearers

• Competitions like Essay writing, Elocution, Story-telling, Slogan writing, Dance, Math Quiz, etc. have been organized every year at the intercollegiate level for B.Ed colleges or for KKCE alumni.
• Provides financial assistance to the current batch of students through book bank facility and sponsoring of prizes.
• The alumni have actively participated and contributed to the success of several programs in the past like the golden jubilee celebration and fundraising drive, annual day celebrations (through sponsored prizes), etc.
• They are regularly invited as judges for the various cultural events of the college.
• Alumni are also invited from time to time to facilitate some guest sessions and demonstration lessons for the ongoing batches.

Oliver Wendell Holmes said, “ Many ideas grow better when transplanted into another mind, than the one where they spring up.” Our alumni are the drivers of change who carry the ethos of our institution, to their students and through them to the society at large.
